At HR Agent, philanthropy is a core element of our culture. We seek to give back to the community in meaningful ways. In particular, we seek organizations that embody our values and approach to helping those in need. Our philanthropic focus is on education and economic development, health and welfare, and civic and cultural arts initiatives. Our goal is simple – to improve the lives and well-being of those in the communities in which we serve.
Any 501(c)(3) organization that meets our giving focus may request funding by contacting us at community@hragent.com. Our contribution committee weighs funding toward initiatives that its members believe serve the most pressing needs of the community and that the Committee believes could realize the greatest benefit from a combination of gifts and employee volunteerism. Funding request that incorporate an opportunity for HR Agent employee volunteerism is especially welcome!
